Booking and Payment
1. How do I book a dress for my event?
You can reserve your dress directly through our online catalog by checking the dates, or by booking a fitting appointment at our Vienna studio.
2. Is a security deposit always required?
A security deposit may be required, particularly for our high-value Bridal and premium designer gowns. The deposit amount will be clearly stated on the product page and fully returned if the garment is brought back without significant damage.
3. What is included in the rental price?
The price includes the 3-day rental period, free delivery and collection within Vienna, and professional dry cleaning after the return.
Rental Duration and Logistics
4. How is the 3-day rental period calculated?
Our standard rental period is 3 days for maximum convenience:
Day 1 (Delivery): We deliver the outfit to you (the day before your event).
Day 2 (Shining): The day of your event.
Day 3 (Collection): We collect the outfit from you.
5. Is delivery and collection within Vienna truly free?
Yes, free delivery and collection within Vienna are included in the rental price.
6. What if my event lasts longer than three days?
You can easily extend the rental period when booking. Please specify your required return date, and we will calculate the adjusted rental fee for the longer period.
7. Can I rent a dress if I live outside Vienna?
Yes, we serve clients across Austria and the EU. However, the delivery and collection fees will be added to your total cost and calculated based on the courier service rates for your location.
Care and Returns
8. Do I need to clean the dress myself?
No, professional dry cleaning is already included in the rental price. Please do not attempt to clean the dress yourself; simply return it as is.
9. What should I do if I accidentally damage or stain the dress?
Please notify us immediately. If the damage is minor (e.g., small tear, light stain), we will use the security deposit (if applicable) to cover repair costs. If the damage is irreparable, a replacement fee may be charged.
