1. Selection and Booking
Outfit: Select the perfect dress from our collection for any celebration.

Fitting: Reserve your fitting time and take advantage of our current promotions.

Booking: Payment is required to confirm your reservation.
2. Rental and Delivery
Rental Period: The total rental period is 3 days: 1 day before your event, the day of the event itself, and 1 day for return.

Delivery: Free delivery within Vienna to your doorstep and complimentary collection afterwards.

Condition: We provide the outfit in pristine condition, ready for your grand entrance.
3. Returns and Deposit
Returns: Return the dress at the agreed time, and we will take care of everything else.

Cleaning: Professional dry cleaning is already included in the rental price.

Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required, particularly for our Bridal and high-value designer gowns. The deposit will be fully returned, provided the outfit is brought back without significant damage.
