Dress Rental Terms
Rental Period
Standard rental period is several days (individually arranged)
Possibility to extend the rental period by prior arrangement

Cost and Payment
50% deposit of the rental cost is required when booking the dress
The remaining amount is paid upon receiving the dress

Delivery and Return
Delivery within Vienna is included in the rental price
Fitting is available with home delivery within Vienna
Return of the dress must be done by the client at our address

Fitting and Alterations
We provide fitting and alterations to suit your figure
We provide instructions on how to care for the dress

Usage Rules
The dress should be used carefully and as intended
Self-cleaning, washing, or repairing the dress is prohibited
Minor damage (dust on the hem, small stains, light fabric creases) is acceptable
In case of serious damage (tears, heavy stains, damaged accessories), the client pays for repairs or the full cost of the dress if repair is not possible

Liability
Late returns are subject to a penalty of 10% of the rental cost for each day of delay
